Have you heard?

Have you heard that you can optimize your energy levels by the type of music or audio you listen to? For instance, in the morning when you need that extra spurt of energy, you should be listening to music that is energizing, upbeat, and fast-paced such as: "Temperature" by Sean Paul. Or right after lunch when you are feeling a little tired, the best audio to listen to would be uplifting like "Soar" by Eliot Popkin or an audiobook of "Getting things Done" by David Allen. And, last but not least, when it is bedtime and anxiety has gotten the best of you...Relaxation is what is needed and the best audio for that would be a "Guided Meditation for Relaxation, Well-Being, and Healing" by Glenn Harrold.

So, try adjusting your playlists according to the time of day and notice how much more energy you will have!!
