My thoughts on the power of music are...
I think music is one of the most, if not the most powerful tools we have. It's a direct link to our emotions and gives us a way to express ourselves like nothing else can. It intoxicates me, it haunts me, it's the backdrop to my life. It has the power to get me out of thinking and into feeling any emotion I want to feel at any given moment. I would be dry and lifeless without it!
My mission as a musician is...
I do it for the joy of it. It's a way for me to express and honor my truth...and I hope that by my doing that, it will inspire others to do the same in their own life.
