Down at the bottom, Nobody above you to throw you some rope. Yeah there's someone, You can always believe in There's always somebody you gotta know.

The irresistible combination of rhythm, image, and melody - the language of the heart - inspires a body to move, feelings to flow...catharsis

AF Co-Op Member - Transzenders

Transzenders We are the Transzenders from Raleigh, North Carolina. Our music is considered to be Acoustic/Rock.

Our song "Travel On"is part of the Acoustic Fuel Digital Compilation "On My Way".

You can also check another one of our songs, "Moment of Remembering", out by pressing by play.

It is featured on the Acoustic Fuel Digital Compilation "People Get Together".

Our music can be described as.....
Dynamic / high energy acoustic sound, mixed in with a few unique chord structures. Most songs come with a little bit of space for that "jam band" groove. Lyrically, we are deliberate & conscientious about what we throw out in the cosmos; words that inspire, evoke change, breed reflection, and sometimes just make you laugh.

Acoustic Fuel Co-OpOur thoughts on the power of music...
Music lets us express individual and/or collective consciousness in a 3-D manner. Carefully crafted lyrics create vivid images. Music solidifies the emotion and moves the story. When they merge, a tangible experience emerges. What you get is much greater than the sum of the parts!

Our mission as musicians are...
First and foremost, we want to love what we do and do what we love. As long as we are true to ourselves and expressing our own passions, then we are doing our part. If what we do resonates with a listener, it's a beautiful thing.

AF Co-Op Member - Bev Barnett and Greg Newlon

Bev Barnett and Greg NewlonHello, we are Bev and Greg of True Wind Music from Campbell, California. Our music is considered to be Contemporary Acoustic/Folk.

Our song "The Miracle" is part of the AF playlist and can be heard on Acoustic Fuel Radio.

You can also check out another one of our songs, "Now Is What We Are", by pressing Play.

We create music that is...
Contemporary acoustic music from a real-life point of view. Songs about life, love, and the pursuit of something real. Lyrically and musically intelligent, this is contemporary music for grown-ups.

Some of the artists that have influenced us and our music are...
David Wilcox, Bruce Cockburn, Buddy & Julie Miller, Eliza Gilkyson, and Patty Griffin

Our thoughts on the power of music...
Music is never a solo performance. It’s a spiritual journey where the goal is always the zone, the ensemble. Sometimes the ensemble is the band. Sometimes it's solo guitar and a single listener... and the listener completes the ensemble. That's the power of music. It unites people, if only for a moment. But, that moment can be a new beginning.

Our mission as musicians...

It is our hope that our music would simply make people FEEL.

AF Co-Op Member - Bonnie J. Gordon

Bonnie J. GordonHi, my name is Bonnie J. Gordon from Bad Endorf, Bavaria Germany. I am a singer/songwriter whose music is considered to be Acoustic.

My song "Sign" is featured on Acoustic Fuel's Digital Compilation "Feeling Upbeat".

You can listen to "Sign" by pressing Play.

I create music that is...
I write songs for people like me, who can't imagine their lives without music. I love all kinds of music, and it all flows into my own writing at different times. But most often, it will be at a moderate tempo, in a swaying rhythm, with chords that strive for openness and melodies that explore the insides of the chords. I don't often write in character; my lyrics tend to be spiritual, semi-philosophical musings. Like me.

Some of the artists that have influenced me and my music are...
Joni Mitchell, Judy Collins, Tori Amos, James Taylor, Bruce Hornsby, Sting, Peter Gabriel, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Elton John, Billy Joel, Bonnie Raitt, Chris Whitley, Ani DiFranco, Mark Knopfler, Janis Ian, Crosby Stills & Nash, Eva Cassidy, Eric Clapton, Patty Larkin, Rio Reiser, Jackson Browne, Sheryl Crow, Fiona Apple, Melissa Manchester, Pete Seeger, and Cat Stevens.

My thoughts on the power of music are...
Scientists believe that music is the language we humans spoke before we used words. Music communicates directly to the body and the heart. Songs, because they have words, can easily reach the mind as well. When we are born, the only thing we don't have to learn to do is to listen. We hear the world outside from within the womb, especially our mothers' voice, and when we enter the world her voice is our only guidepost. This is why songs can change the world, because they affect people at the core of who they are.

My mission as a musician is...
To raise the vibration level of everyone who hears me.
